Man and Tree House consists of 4  furnished studio appartments in the heart of the Waterkant neighborhood.

 

After spending a few years in Mauritius where they had a guesthouse, French Canadian Stephan and his partner Andre decided to start a new adventure, in the mother city, Cape Town.

 

Cosy, simple, convenient, and close to all there is to see, those studios are convenient for short and long stay in Cape Town.

 

Located in Cape Town’s historic De Waterkant, Man and Tree House offers modern self-catering studios with balcony and city views.

 

With contemporary decor and light wooden furniture, the

air-conditioned studios are equipped with a small kitchenette with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and refrigerator. The modern and spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower.

 

Guests are provided with grocery shopping and laundry services which can be arranged for a surcharge. The accommodation is conveniently situated opposite the popular Cape Quarter, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops, a spa, a fitness centre and a supermarket.

 

The area is patrolled by 24 hour security staff.

Cape Town’s city centre can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and the V&A Waterfront is 3 km away. Cape Town International Convention Centre is 1 km away, while Cape Town International Airport is within 22 km of the property.
